Can Emotional Intelligence Eliminate Sexism In Corporate Culture?

March 27, 2018 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Here’s the next installment of our Leadership Salon Series. This is an invite only event! If you would like to attend, join our newsletter and send us an email! This event is exclusively for San Francisco Lipstick & Politics members and Battery members.

Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and positive company culture go hand in hand. The ability for teams and individuals to read EQ is critical for success of work environments. Trust in leadership seems to be a critical component of team effectiveness and successful management. The barrage of stories in the headlines today suggest that predatory sexual practices as well as sexist workplace behavior is the common cost of doing business if you happen to identify as female. Would a stronger emphasis on emotional intelligence in work environments diminish or even eradicate offensive behavior?

Join us as we explore how individuals and companies can cultivate emotional intelligence.
