Women In The Boardroom

The US and UK have the lowest number of women in executive positions and in the boardroom. In the West, we consider ourselves advanced -- the example for the rest of the world. The evidence of these numbers suggests that we are far behind many countries we consider not as developed. My question is, now that we have this info...what now? How do we groom the next wave of women to take executive positions. How do we make it fair not only for celebrity rockstar techie women, but for all women who struggle to find a seat at the table? I don't have the answers, but I will keep asking the questions!
