How To Dress For Fall 2016

Fall has finally arrived and it is time to hang up your summer dress and trade it for a sweater dress. Fall is such a beautiful season and one of my favorites. One question one may have and struggle with this upcoming season is how to change your wardrobe to dress accordingly to weather changes, yet still look stylish. This blog post will incorporate a few signature pieces this fall of 2016 and an ideal outfit of what we will be seeing on the streets this season.

Some signature pieces include chokers, slip-on booties, sweater dresses, over-the-knee boots and faux fur coats. All of these signature items are a perfect way to revamp your closet without buying a completely new wardrobe. Velvet, faux fur, leather and suede are all beautiful materials to wear and mix-and-match for the upcoming holidays. Olive green, mustard, burgundy, and plum clothing and accessories are all being sold in stores and compliment each other when worn in the same outfit. If you have not had the chance to try any of these new and upcoming trends, I strongly advise you to do so to switch up your fall before the year ends.

Below we see an example of this fashion forward outfit that is so easy to replicate this season no matter what your price range and the occasion is. I spotted this stylish lady in the Marina Greens this weekend for Fleet Week. She decided to pair a black blouse that was tucked into high-waisted ripped, black jeans with a vintage jean jacket. She finished off her look with wedges, a choker and a pair of mirrored sunglasses.
