How to Make Perfect Banana Bread

I love baking. I bake when I'm stressed, or for friends as gifts or for snacks on the go. My favorite and easiest recipe is for Banana Bread. I found this recipe on a site that no longer exists and it is useful for 3 reasons.
1. It is eggless which benefits anyone who doesn't eat eggs for health or personal reasons
2. It is easy and fast
3. It uses simple ingredients.

This recipe is a favorite for everyone I have made it for and it is fool proof. So try it out, I'm sure you will love it as much as I have!!

The simplest, eggless banana bread!

Bowl A:
3 ripe banans
1/4 cup oil (I use canola but vegetable oil is fine too)
1 tsp Vanilla
1 c Sugar (white)

Bowl B
2c All purpose flour
3/4tsp Baking Soda
pinch of salt

1. Preheat oven to 350F

2. Mix ingredients in bowl A, then mix ingredients in bowl b.

3. Add Bowl B to Bowl A and mix just a little bit, just enough to see that the ingredients have come together. Don't overmix though.

4. Grease a loaf pan with some oil (the same stuff you put in your bread) and put the mixture in.. Make sure the pan is only about half full because the bread will rise.

5. Bake for 50-60 mins

6. Cool and enjoyyy!

Notes to pay attention to!

1. I always freeze my bananas when they become too ripe to eat, but they go black in the freezer which is fine. Just thaw in the fridge the day before or throw them in the microwave for a few minutes. The banans might look gross but they will give your bread some great flavour. Also - when your frozen bananas thaw they release their juices.. Don't spill that juice down the drain! Keep it with your bananas for the recipe, it keeps the bread nice and moist.

2. The original recipe asked to sift all of the ingredients in bowl b. I never did this and learned why the sifting is suggested. I had clumpy baking soda once and the clump remained intact even after baking. I took a bite of some banana bread and the clump dissolved in my mouth. Incredibly disgusting! So now I just sift the baking soda
