Thank You For the Little Things: Treasures Accumulating…

At the end of every year, it’s hard not to get contemplative about time passed, love shared, dreams envisioned, journeys challenged and lessons learned.

As this year ends and a new one begins, let’s count treasures accumulated

and take a moment to reflect on this miraculous parade we call life.

It’s so easy to miss the magnitude of simple things.

The air you breathe.   An embrace that lasts a little longer than expected. Cuddling in bed in the morning. A knowing smile. The sweetest taste of a kiss from your beloved. Big bear hugs from tiny little arms. A beautiful sunset or sunrise.   An “I love you” out of nowhere.

When you think about it, every second seems precious.

Breathe in deep. Every moment is exactly as it should be. You are blessed.

I have said it before, I do not believe in accidents. Every single thing happens as it should. Some of it is for me…some of it for you. And some of it is for the both of us. Whatever it is, known or unknown- I am grateful that somehow our paths have crossed.

Thank you for giving the tremendous gift of your time.

For me, time is the most precious thing we have. It is the only thing that is equal for all of us. We all have 24 hours in a day. How we choose to spend it either makes us feel more love or more anxiety. The things we cherish the most, we give the most time to. They say if want to know what you care most about…look at what you do.

So… thank you.

I appreciate the time you made for us…my hope is to accumulate even more treasures of time with you in 2013.

Much Love,

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be?

As the New Year flows in...

May you soar ever higher...
